Semakin gemuk!!!

Sejak beberapa minggu kebelakangan ini acara makan2 memang popular di kalangan warga MCB.
Dua minggu lepas New Tok Penghulu mengadakan jamuan ,Isnin lepas Eyja lak buat makan2 sempena bezday hubby dia, hari ni ada undangan lagi di rumah Asnor sempena menyambut kedatangan Kp JPS dan sebelah malamnya pulak dijemput oleh keluarga Yakop n Leza ...esok Eyja ajak lagi pi makan2 kat rumah dia kerana meraikan Nadia yg telah berjaya bergelar Doktor pHd...minggu depan satu lagi jamuan kesyukuran akan diadakan di rumah Eyja....nampak gayanya makin mengembanglah badan aku ni....huhuhu tp rezeki mana boleh tolak....!!!!

Marble cheese cake....


RESEPI : CHOCOLATE MARBLE CHEESE CAKE

Bahan A :
180gm mentega
20gm serbuk koko
1 sudu teh baking powder
120gm tepung naik sendiri (Diayak bersama serbuk koko & baking powder)
170gm gula castor
3 biji telur

1. Pukul butter dan gula hingga kembang. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji, kacau sebati.
2. Masukkan campuran tepung+baking powder+serbuk koko. Gaul rata dan bahagi kepada dua bahagian.

Bahan B:
250gm cream cheese
60gm gula castor
1 biji telur
1 sudu teh esen vanilla

1.Pukul cream cheese sampai kembang.
2.Campurkan gula, telur dan esen vanilla. Pukul lagi sampai kembang dan rata.

Cara-cara :
1. Tuang satu bahagian A ke dalam loyang. Ratakan. Tuang aduanan cream cheese di atasnya dan ratakan.
2. Tuang sebahagian lagi bahan A dan ratakan.
3. Bakar pada suhu 165 darj cel selama 50min-60min ikut oven masing-masing. Seeloknya dibiarkan sejuk dulu sebelum dipotong.

Rumah bot...aku jumpa semasa nak ambil barang freecycle...rupanya orang yg offer tu duduk dalam bot...Dave namanya...nice man.
Parking kat sungai ni kena bayar 100 pound sebulan...aku ingatkan free je...

Menurut Dave dia beli bot ni 29 pound...interesting jugak duduk dalam bot ni...macam best je!!!

carrot cake ...pasti jadi punya!!!



Bahan:

4 biji telur
1 1/2 cwn gula pasir
1 cwn olive oil/minyak biasa
3 cwn tepung ( plain flour + self raising flour)
2 sudu golden syrup
1 cwn brown sugar
4 biji carrot
pecan/badam/raisin
cinnamon sesuka rasa( i tak boh coz tak suka bau tu)

Cara ;
- parut carrot , campurkan brown sugar n biarkan....
- dalam bekas lain, mix telur +gula hingga naik putih gebu...
- masukkan olive oil,golden syrup, tepung dan kekacang atau raisin , kaup je ...(tak payah guna mixer) , masukkan juga carrot td....gaul hingga sebati..
- Bakar dalam oven 175 C selama 45 min


Utk Topping,

1 bekas Soft cheese/cream cheese
100 gm butter
80 gm icing sugar
1 sudu lemon juice

Cara;
mix semua bahan hingga pekat... masukkan dlm fridge semalaman ...pas tu baru sapu..

Carrot Cake with cream cheese icing...

Preparation:

Grease and flour 13- x 9-inch (3.5 L) metal cake pan; set aside.

In large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. In separate bowl, beat together granulated and brown sugars, eggs, oil and vanilla until smooth; pour over flour mixture and stir just until moistened. Stir in carrots, pineapple and pecans. Spread in prepared pan.

Bake in centre of 350°F (180°C) oven for 40 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack. (Make-ahead: Cover with plastic wrap and store at room temperature for up to 2 days. Or ovenwrap with heavy duty foil and freeze for up to 2 weeks; let thaw before continuing.)

Icing: In bowl, beat cream cheese with butter until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Beat in icing sugar, one-third at a time, until smooth. Spread over top of cake. (Make-ahead: Cover loosely and refrigerate for up to I day.)

Additional Information:

Tips: Set timer for 5 minutes less than the time specified in recipe, check cake then for the following signs. If the cake is not done, return it to the oven to finish baking.

When is the cake done:
A fully baked cake will spring back when touched in the center. The cake also draws away from the side of the pan, and a cake tester (a toothpick of skewer works well) inserted in the center comes out clean. Also trust your sense of smell: the fresh aroma of butter and sugar wafting out of the oven can be the signal to check the cake.

When cakes emerge from the oven, their structure is set, but the set is still fragile. Let cakes stand in pans on rack for time specified in each recipe, usually 15 to 20 minutes. Run knife around edge of cake, then place rack over pan and invert cake onto rack to cool completely.

Hari Sabtu yg lepas kami join gathering di Lampeter, South Wales...rumah jiranku di Bandar Baru Bangi ..Ustaz Aziz'family. Turut sama jiranku juga.. Hj Farid's family dr Manchester dan Muzammyl's family dr Nottingham. Kami duduk dlm satu kariah di BBBangi...
